Racing Tires Hungary joins the Mitropa Rally Cup as new partner for 2026

|

The Mitropa Rally Cup is pleased to welcome a new strong partner for the 2026 season: Racing Tires Hungary (RTH) becomes official sponsor of the traditional Mitropa Rally Cup.
Although Racing Tires Hungary is a relatively young company, it builds on the long-standing international motorsport experience of the Kumho brand. Kumho has been firmly established in the global rally and motorsport scene for many years, with extensive expertise and a proven record of success.
Within the Mitropa Rally Cup, RTH will take on a key role. The focus is to provide competitors with a high-quality technical foundation and active on-site support throughout the season. Kumho competition tyres stand for excellent value for money, high reliability and proven performance under demanding racing conditions – qualities that also define the brand’s tyres developed for mid-range and premium road vehicles.
“Our goal is to provide teams with tyre solutions that contribute to safe and successful competition,” RTH emphasizes. Beyond supplying competition tyres, the company will be present at all Mitropa Rally Cup events with comprehensive professional technical support.
This includes:
• On-site sales of Kumho competition tyres
• Professional tyre service within the service park
• Fitting support for competitors
• Delivery of pre-ordered tyres to ensure optimal event preparation
Kumho is an internationally recognized tyre manufacturer with significant motorsport experience and serves as an official sponsor of renowned driver Paolo Diana for the 2025 season. Racing Tires Hungary acts as Kumho’s official racing tyre partner in Hungary and is actively involved in rallying and other motorsport events.
With this partnership, the Mitropa Rally Cup further strengthens its technical platform. Teams will benefit optionally from professional support and reliable tyre service directly at the events – another important step in the continuous development of the Mitropa Rally Cup.
