Preview of the 27th Rally Poreč (April 24–26, 2026) in Croatia

Appearing on the championship calendar for only the second time, 24 teams from the Mitropa Rally Cup (MRC) will take the starting line at the Rally Poreč in Croatia. In this third round of this year’s championship, the registered teams from five nations will compete for valuable points toward this year’s title. Germany is represented by 7 teams, Italy and Hungary by 6 teams each, Slovenia by 4 teams, and 1 team is traveling from Austria. In the modern Vehicle class governed by FIA regulations, 16 teams will take the start, while in the historic vehicle class and the internal Club Championship, 5 and 3 teams respectively will compete for points.
The rally kicks off on Friday evening at 8:00 p.m. with a start ceremony in the old town of Poreč on the Istrian peninsula. On Saturday at 7:40 a.m., the engines of the rally cars will start up for the first leg featuring 8 special stages, before they are expected back in the service park at 8:30 p.m. for the overnight break. On Sunday morning, the race for the best times begins at 9:00 a.m. After four more timed special stages, the winners and runners-up will cross the finish line onto the podium at 3:45 p.m.
